Payment Terms

At CardShop, we offer a seamless payment experience to accommodate various preferences. For authorities and companies, payment by invoice is available, with a payment period of 14 days. It is imperative that the invoice amount is settled within this timeframe. Alternatively, we accept payments through PayPal and direct bank transfers. Please be aware that full advance payment is a requisite for all orders placed through our webshop.

For our esteemed, established clientele with a commendable payment history, we extend the option of a 14-day net payment period or a 30-day net payment period. This added flexibility is our gesture of appreciation for your continued trust and partnership with us.

Shipping Terms

We prioritize swift and reliable delivery for all our valued customers. To ensure your items reach you in pristine condition, we exclusively employ the services of UPS and DHL, or DHL Express upon special request, for both domestic and international shipments. Our dedicated team processes orders promptly from our warehouse located in Solingen, Germany. Typically, your items will be dispatched within one business day of receiving payment.

For our international patrons, we extend our shipping services to a select list of countries, including Germany, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Hungary, Italy, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Great Britain, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Norway.

Once your package is successfully dispatched, we will send you tracking information via email. In the rare event that you do not receive communication from us within seven business days after placing your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer support team.
